This service includes disassembly, a thorough cleaning, and a function check.  Prices are minimum charges and could be more if your gun requires more work to disassemble.  Firearms that are extremely dirty or neglected will require more time and will incur additional charges. Getting the O-Ring replaced in your Remington 1100, Mossberg 940/5500’s is discounted during our cleaning service. These should be replaced every 12-18 months for optimal performance. Fee $9.99 to $23.99

Gun is stripped and firing system removed, cleaned, lubed and function checked for proper operation. Barrel cleaned as well as Lever Action components. Extremely dirty projects will incur additional charges.

Suppressors are time extensive to clean properly due to the concrete like build-up. We use advanced suppressor specific solutions in a commercial ultrasonic cleaner then scrub what we can before blow drying, cleaning any quick adapter hardware and wiping with a light protective coating! Extremely neglected units will incur additional fees. When left to get too dirty suppressors will lose their sound deadening ability contrary to popular belief!

Have us build your stripped lower correctly and to proper specs. Includes all pins, safety, triggers etc...

Includes installation of forward assist, Barrel, Handguard, Gas Black/tube etc. You will have a fire ready upper after this build. (Customer provides parts unless needed to complete installation.) i.e. spacers or rollpins

Includes removing old barrel and installing new barrel. All proper specs and torque per manufacture. There may be a surcharge in cases where barrels are “stuck” or “seiged“ requiring machine work to accomplish.

This includes assembly of your parts to build your complete upper to milspec. Barrel is installed to the upper and torqued to spec. Handguard, gas block, gas tube, muzzle device, bolt carrier and charging handle all installed professionally. Includes proper lubricants for assembly and operation.

This includes all of the services in the (STANDARD) assembly plus

- Barrel chamber is honed and feed-ramps polished

- Upper is hand lapped and barrel mated to upper.

- Barrel is bedded and sealed properly to upper eliminating loose movements, positive consistent lock-up.

Muzzle device installed per factory specs. It will be timed if required using proper washers and or shims and thread locker.

Threading of barrel in a 1/28, 5/8x24, .578x24, etc.. We can thread just about any pitch including suppressor pitched threading.

We remove your old trigger, install the new one, adjust it, guage the pull and record it in our records in case of any warranty issues.

Includes adjustment of trigger, trigger bar and verification of at least 80% engagement on sear surfaces.

Includes assembling a complete slide for glock, Sig Saur, Smith Wessson and more!

Install customer provided sights using correct techniques and equipment.

If you own a revolver that is a few years old ,or “Hollywooded” your gun by throwing the cylinder shut then this is a necessary service. We blueprint your cylinder by aligning the crane for proper and smooth operation as intended. This also ensures the round is firing straight on all axis 360 degrees. If you get a lot of movement in your cylinder or you have to force it shut then its time!

The revolver is disassembled and cleaned including ultrasonic cleaning. The hammer and sear are honed/stoned to extremely tight tolerances ensuring a crisp clean break as the two become a matched pair with our honing process. The proper springs are installed to further help lighten the trigger pull. The last step is to adjust or install shims to tighten up over-travel and or play. Some firearms may have a $10-50 surcharge due to more expensive parts. However this is generally not the case.

Barrel is threaded utilizing a TRUE Gunsmith Lathe and a Tru-Bore Collet system and stone ground caliber matched indicator rods. This ensures single point threading to .0001 accuracy to match bore curvature which is 100% necessary to prevent suppressor damage. Ask your Gunsmith their method or threading your barrel. We cannot stress the importance of this enough as some simply dial in from barrel exterior!?!?

Is your gun that used to drive tacks all over the paper all of a sudden? This is usually what causes that. As rifles are shot, stored or dropped the crown can get damaged not allowing gasses to escape evenly. We will either lap and restore your current crown, or install a new original or custom hunting/target crown. We offer 60,65.89 degree and target crowns known as an 11 degree recessed.

your barrel is rechambered to your desired caliber assuming the size your requesting allows. Firearm will be fully disassembled, work areas cleaned, inspected and trued up on the lathe. We use reamers from PTG, Manson & JGS. All barrels are dialed in using range and indicator rods to the straightest tolerances we can achieve. 

Remington, Savage, Tikka, Browning etc. Firearm is disassembled, inspected  and all surfaces are trued to within .0001 on all critical areas. Receiver face, recoil lugs and threads are trued up to ensure all is  centerline with the bore. Inspect recoil lug, replace if necessary (additional fee) Inspect barrel bore and true up the shoulder for a perfectly squared, tight fit on all mating surfaces. This service adds a tremendous value to the firearm and obviously repeatable accuracy as well! 

We carefully ream your raceway .010 over to true the raceway. Then the bolt body is turned down in key areas to install shims which are then machined to your action perfectly for a tight tolerance fit to reduce wear, eliminate  looseness, twisting and to increase accuracy. *** $95 when done with full blueprint Service!

your rifle is disassembled, checked, cleaned and measured. We then sand or remove any problems not allowing the barrel to (Free Float) and properly glass bed your stock with the best of todays materials. A free floating barrel allows the barrel harmonics to do their natural zing and give you that repeatability your searching for.

this option takes bedding to the next level by creating a solid metal on metal contact with the upper and lower parts of your fifle. We drill to size and embed metal pillars through your wood or synthetic stock to guarantee a solid foundation for repeatability!

We custom mold a lap lug with melted lead to YOUR barrel. this guarantees the tightest tolerances available. Then using series of lapping compounds your barrel is refinished inside to a smooth mirror finish to drastically increase ease of cleaning and accuracy! This is a must have service for those wanting to reach the distance or retoring older barrels. This is a very long and involved process and is not offered as a same-day service.

There are many options for you to choose from when rebuilding your old gun to create a rifle better suited your needs. We modify bolt face diameters to meet cartridge demands.  The most common is modifying a standard bolt face (.473") to a magnum bolt face (~.540").  This service requires the replacement of the stock extractor with an aftermarket unit.  We machine the bolt to accept a M16 or Sako style extractor and install as part of this service.  Price includes the extractor.

We recommend Farrar's in Waynesboro, However we offer a blackish/hint of blue Cerakote elite series that closely matches remingtons factory bluing/black.

barrel threading available in 94 different pitched threads such as the most common 1/2x28, 5/8x24, 1/2x36 or suppressor threads inside or out. We use a computer upgradedeading!  Call for details on more involved projects. If the barrel has to be removed and re-head spaced, there is an additional charge for that. In most cases this is not necessary. DO NOT TRUST USING HANDHELD TAP & DIE FOR THIS! This must done properly on a tuned lathe. You will get baffle strikes and or poor accuracy otherwise.

barrel get messed up or just not shooting like it once did? We cut, face, crown and then lap your crown for a finished touch in 60 degree, 11 degree or a recessed target crown of your choosing.

We ream and thread barrels in older fixed choke guns, or barrels that have been damaged or shortened. Your choice of REM CHOKE, WIN CHOKE or TRU-CHOKE. Ultra thin barrels will have to get our Tru Choke Thinwall service.

AMAZING UPGRADE! Lengthens the forcing cone at the chamber to allow full opening of the shotgun shell to reduce both recoil and deformation of pellets which results in better groups! This is an inexpensive upgrade that show results instantly!

Removes rust, pitting and drastically improves both shot groups and less recoil. If you shoot competitive, make sure backboring does not disqualify you. This is a labor intensive service that cannot be rushed or shortcut. We use Manson tooling
